1. Intent to purchase land
2. Proof of payment for the said land [receipt, check, cash]
3. Proof of receipt of funds by the seller [deposit slip]
4. The memorandum of transfer in the Eggleston area showing the purchase price, fees paid, the seller of the property that the Minister allegedly purchased and the name of the individual to whom the certificate of title was transferred. 
5. Certificate of Title
6. Such information will be readily available at the registry.
7. Do not show the Retreat House as the property in question again because I am not aware that the Redemptorist Retreat House in Eggleston was ever up for sale or was sold to a Minister.
8. Evidence to show that the alleged victim was pregnant
9. Evidence that she had a violent miscarriage, after seven months. 
10. Which Doctor or Nurse attended to the alleged victim
11. Which clinic or hospital or private office she was attended to.
12. Provide the evidence where in Eggleston and which house were police officers were sent on duty. 
13. Do not show the Eggleston Redemptorist Retreat House again. That has already been debunk by Father Elton Letang Redemptorist Priest and resident of the House.
14. Provide Evidence of your investigation that a formal complaint was ever made by you Trevor Johnson aka Clint Lowe to law enforcement officers if not you would have been cover up to your alleged crime.
