J. Francis claims that the Labour Government is the Government which has received the most money out of all Governments who served in Dominica.
Mr. Francis said building of homes are basic activities which Government must engage in, and the Labour Party Government is not the only Government which has built homes for its Citizens.
I would like to ask Mr. Francis which other Government apart from the Dominica Labour Party Government has built homes for Dominicans?
Which other Government has spent large sums of monies to build homes, solid and secure homes for its Citizens?
Which other Government has built such beautiful individual homes and apartments for its Citizens?
Mr. Francis please tell me how many Dominicans can claim that they received decent homes, or any homes for that matter from the uwp government?
Maria passed and destroyed over 80% of homes in Dominica.
Mr. Francis what did Linton or the uwp contribute to anyone affected by Hurricane Maria? Not a nail, not a galvanize, not a post contributed to anyone by Linton or the uwp.
All Linton and the uwp does is talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, talk and no action.
Rather than try to help us survive Post Maria, Linton seeked to obstruct and block any and all Aid for Dominica.
Mr. Francis need I remind you of the amount of money the uwp had access to and mismanaged and misappropriated while in Government, plunging Dominica into an Economic Hell Hole.

13) Salaries to public officers were always late. In December 1999 the UWP Government utilized EC$15M from the credits of ST. Lucia at the ECCB to pay local salaries to public officers and the UWP defaulted in the repayment.
14) Sold DOMLEC for $21 Million Dollars and no one knows where this money went.
All Linton and his crew wants to do, is enter government so they can take the Treasury under seige, so they can stuff their pockets, steal from the economy, not pay Social Security, and all the ills they did before and wants to continue to do.
E. James is operating in Secrecy in the shadows of the uwp waiting for Dominicans to make the dreadful and devastating mistake of voting in the destructive Linton and the uwp.
