Bank Accounts and Payments ( 2005 ST KITTS)

  1. We  received information from an extremely confidential source that Mr. James has an account with the Bank of NovaScotia in St. Kitts in 2005 and that on the April 13 2005 the sum of $537,660.13   was deposited in the account.

  1. This was just prior to the 2005 general election. Mr. James has not denied having an account.        
  1. The other information we received concerned Linton and is  as follows

  1. August 22, 2007 an amount of $20,000 was transferred from Eddie James account in St Kitts to an  account of Linton (Same Bank but not sure if the account is in St. Kitts, Antigua or Dominica

  1. Transfers to Linton
A total amount of EC$ 113,500 was transferred from Edison James’ account to Lennox Linton’s account in St Kitts ( or elsewhere)  between August 27, 2007 to August 18, 2008.
  1. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from that account was made mainly by ATM in Dominica, Antigua, St Kitts, transfers to other bank accounts and credit card payments.
      
  1. Also, we have a picture of Edison James, Earl Williams, the subsequent Leader of the UWP, and Lennox Linton in St. Kitts on the 13th September 2007, one day after the payment of 7,000on the 12th September 2007. [
