Effective May 13th, 2019 tuition fees at the Dominica State College have been waived by the Dominica Labour Party leader Roosevelt Skerrit.
The leader off of the opposition party Lennox Linton can finally attend college.
All students with outstanding fees prior to May 12th, 2019 will be waived.
