2) Free Medicals for children ages 0 to 18 years old, and the elderly 60 years and beyond, WAS PROMISED, WAS DELIVERED.
3) The Housing Revolution, which today hundreds of families boast about owning their own homes, WAS PROMISED, WAS DELIVERED.
4) The National Hospital, which is near completion, WAS PROMISED, IS BEING DELIVERED.
5) Health Centers in out districts, WAS PROMISED, WAS DELIVERED.
6) The Dominica State College, WAS PROMISED, WAS DELIVERED.
7) The Introduction of Eco-Tourism Projects, WAS PROMISED, WAS DELIVERED.
8 ) New Hotels, WAS PROMISED, WAS DELIVERED.
9) Free Tuition for Our Students, WAS PROMISED, WAS DELIVERED.
10) The building and reconstruction of Roads Island wide, WAS PROMISED, WAS DELIVERED.
