After listening for months to CCM' hoping to hear the "Other Concerns " in their pronouncements , I propose a name change to "Electoral Reform Concern Movement "since that is their PRIMARY and ONLY Concern.
Is it Pure Coincidence that:
1. All the Members are Hard Core; Unrepented Die-hard Advocates of the UWP
2.The views forwarded are All Similar ti to those advocated by UWP
3.Frequent and Constant Callers to UWP Radio Programmes echoing Anti-Government Sentiments.
4.Have Yet to express Any Position on Any Other "Concerns "
5.Have NEVER Complimented the Government or Any Other Organization re Impactful Interventions in any other Socio-Economic /Developmental Aspect.
6.Yet to highlight the Nexus between the Continuous Efforts/Progress of the Electoral Commission and Government towards Electoral Reform with their Movements Objectives.
7.Could not even ask Pertinent Questions at a recent Debate organised by the Electoral Commission.
8. Was Conspicuously Silent while the "New Multi-Organization Grouping had thier show on the same Reform.
My Conclusion after reviewing the Signs/Symptoms/Manifestations of CCM is that it is just a Intentionally Disguised ARM of the UWP to keep the Issue relevant and acceptable.
Sadly for them this Strategy has been Blown Open and the Wave of Support Anticipated has Dissipated...
Election Reform has been and Continues to be an Ever-Evolving and Continuos Process.
Our Electoral System has served us well over the years and have ushered in Varying Political Parties from DLP-DFP-UWP-DLP...
