Greetings My Dear Brothers and Sisters of Our Beautiful Nature Island of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
As you all know, I stand in Strong and Unwavering Defence of Our Birth Land, Dominica, and you My Fellow Citizens, as it is deep in ambition to see the continued growth and development of the Commonwealth of Dominica, and all its citizens by extension.
I am pleased to bare good news to you my people about our Economic Growth, but first I must address the the old and dilapidated engine of Lucifer Linton which seeks to corrupt and pollute our economic stratosphere.
In regards to the 2019-budget which was so professionally, articulately and masterly delivered by Hon. Dr. Dr. Roosevelt Skerrit and his Government, this Lucifer Linton seeks to overshadow this Great and Promising Budget for the continued Economic Growth and Development of Dominica, with his own version, and Lies, upon Lies, with Fabrication and Utter and Total Dishonesty.
Mr. Linton coughed up his own figures of passports sold without due diligence in carrying out proper investigation from the appropriate and relevant individuals and institutions, and just randomly came up with what he views as a way to destroy the Integrity of honest and hard working citizens of Dominica in an attempt to gain Political favor.
Mister Linton does not care who he tramples upon, whose character he assassinates and whose name he destroys in order that he deliver his Lies, upon Lies in his desperate attempts to cloud the judgements of the Dominican people, so he can fool them into voting him into Office, as he so desperately wants.
The behavior of Lucifer Linton is a mirror of the snake in the garden which fooled Eve into sharing and eating the apple with Adam from the tree which God had warned about, and that they must not eat from. This is the character of Lucifer Linton, the reflection of the devil, that he seeks to Fool the People into their own Death and Destruction by voting him as Prime Minister.
Beware and be weary of this man, Lucifer Linton.
What I am about to further state has no inference by the Dominica Labour Party Government, or any other Government of the World, as the following information comes from Independent Investigators and Assessors which no Government any Influence on.
The Projection from the United Nations Regional Organization, the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, ECLAC, has released the Economic Growth and Declines Projected for the end of 2019 for all thirty three (33) countries belonging to Latin America and the Caribbean.
From this projection, twenty one (21) countries within this body has been projected at a decline in Economic Growth to the end of 2019.
Antigua and Barbuda is expected to end 2019 as the second (2nd) fastest growing economy in Latin America and the Caribbean, and is only eclipsed by, Yes Dominica.
In case Lucifer Linton and his crew does not understand what is meant by eclipse, it means that Dominica is the only country out of 33 countries in this body to outshine, over shadow, put in the shade, surpass, exceed and excel over Antigua.
Had it not been for the Catastrophic and Devastating effects of Hurricane Maria in September of 2017, at a Projected Economic Growth of 9.9% GDP for Dominica, oppose to the Projected Growth of 5.5% GDP for Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica would have taken the rank of second (2nd) as the Largest Growing Economy within this body of countries.
China which is regarded as the Growth Engine of the World, had a projected growth of 6.6% in 2018, and China is a melting pot of Industries and Commerce. So in reference, Dominica's growth should be applauded as simply remarkable.
Maria came and do her damage, but compared to many other islands and territories affected by the storms and hurricanes and storms of 2017 and before, Dominica has bounced back with jaw dropping progress, surpassing countries and nations which should have been ahead as they lay under the wings of Global Economic Giants such as the United States.
So tell Lucifer Linton to will and come again with his Dirty Lies, and attempted Sabotage of Dominica's Economy with his bogus and wicked claims that Nothing is happening in the Commonwealth of Dominica, and he can take what I have stated here, which is the Truth and nothing but the Truth to the Bank.
