Suki has done well for himself, he grew from rags to riches.

While Lennox has not been employed for over 15 years. Lennox has not created any jobs in his lifetime. No companies in Dominica has ever hired him. 

But Suki owes IRD plenty money uncle and decided to never pay.

In Suki's lifetime of business, he has never paid taxes until the IRD had to forcefully take the money from his bank account.

He asked for all the tax and I terest and late fees to be waived...... The late fees and interest was waved.

Yet he still did not pay what he was owed...
