This is Howell Woltz. Convicted in the states for financial crimes and one of 6 people Edison James/Lennox Linton and the UWP sold diplomatic passports to in 2004.
This is what Woltz told and undercover FBI Agent.
“I will be issued a diplomatic passport for the nation of Dominica . . . and cannot be inspected . . . so that will be comforting, because I get a little nervous when people send papers to the U.S.”
Woltz is one of the six who Edi-con and co made deals to sell diplomatic passports (remember Sam Raphael gave u all the details with evidence) to in Switzerland and his intentions were clear to use that for criminal activity.
