Roseau North on the verge of takeoff

We cannot deny that Roseau North has been like stagnant water under the hands on Danny Lugay, whom we as constituents must admit has made zero efforts in attempting to bring about any form of upliftment and activity to this Constituency.

We cannot afford to continue for another five years in this state of stagnation.
We must swallow our pride as a people and admit to the facts that Danny Lugay has failed us, and has failed miserably.
Had it not been for Hon. Dr. Dr. Roosevelt Skerrit, Hon. Merium Blanchard and Hon. Joseph Isaac, Roseau North would not be where it is today, boasting our new hospital, which is still under construction, but day by day the realization of a complete and state of the art hospital draws closer and closer into completion.

Our road networks in the Roseau North constituency has been upgraded first class.
The new food courts alongside the Goodwill savana will soon be opened.

The Dominica State College which is now tuition free is one of the several appeals of Roseau North, and under the Leadership of Dr. Dr. Roosevelt Skerrit and Our Candidate Hon. Joseph Isaac, Roseau North will become one of the marvels for Dominica.
The Goodwill Savanna is now being fenced with the plans of turning it into a mini stadium where events such as Calypso shows, Creole in the Park and other activities of great significance will be held, which will bring more business and flavour as Roseau North once boasted.

I remember the days when Calypso Finals, Princess Shows, and major sporting events were held on the Goodwill Savanna.
Today the Kempinski Hotel is one of the eye catchers, but the vision we have for the Cruise Village in the Roseau North Constituency will make our neighbouring Islands brothers and sisters wish to be Dominicans.

Our Plans for the Roseau North, Roseau Central, Roseau South and Roseau Valley Constituencies will take Business, Culture and Tourism to far greater heights, making these four combined Constituencies the eye catchers for Business, Tourism and Culture.
We will see sporting events return to the refurbished and revitalized Stock Farm Sports Mini Stadium.

All these plans will benefit all areas of business withing these Constituencies.
The fishermen of Pottersville, Fond Cole and environs will see a vast increase in the sales of their catch as they will have markets apart from the residents of these areas seeking to buy their catch.

Shop owners, bars owners, fishermen, taxi drivers, barbers, and other self employed and business owners will enjoy a community of vibrancy where their businesses will start to florish.

We cannot afford to give up all these plans which will take form, and has already started taking form by electing an individual such as Danny Lugay who does not have the desire, the drive or any vision for the constituents of the Roseau North Constituency.
