The Government of Dominica is in the process of constructing modern, climate resilient community polyclinics across the island.
The first such facility that is to be completed in the Georgetown Polyclinic in the town of Portsmouth.
The new facility will have access for ambulance for urgent transfer of patients, a well stocked pharmacy, nurses and doctors quarters, dental care facilities and will be "smart".
This is all part of Government's efforts to elevate the national health care system be amongst the best in the region.
