Annette Sanford Donates $2.55 to each nurse in Dominica

The nurses who are member of the Dominica Nurses Association would like to thank Annette for her king gesture.

She donated 50 percent of of salary to the DNA, to be shared equally amongst the nurses.  She receives $1,530 per month, and donated 50 percent .

After much deliberation the 300 members have decided to return the check to her as many people in her community are in much greater need of such small assistance.

Florence Nightingale, the great pioneer of modern nursing, once said that ‘much can be done to eliminate hunger or poverty in our community.
