As per the promise of the Government, stated by the Honorable Roosevelt Skerrit, to facilitate the return of all Dominicans who desire to return home,  sailors returned home, and are presently at the quarantine facility in Portsmouth.

This is all part of the Government's efforts to bring home Dominican cruise ship workers who desire to return home due to COVID-19.
