Prime Minister of Barbados and Chairman of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), Mia Mottley, has addressed concerns raised by Dr. Thomson Fontaine, Political Leader of the United Workers Party (UWP), regarding the Regional Security System (RSS) being placed on standby for Dominica.
