The Broken Circle

THE BROKEN LOOM

Ten [10] things:

1. Just because you personally know people that have received a payout DOES NOT mean that "it works" or that it is not a pyramid/Ponzi scheme. Pyramid schemes are designed to ensure that early adopters benefit in order to attract additional people to keep the scheme going. If the early adopters didn't benefit the scheme would not gain traction.

Calling it a circle or even a blessing loom doesn't change what it is. Cones look like circles if you look at them from above, and pyramids if you look at them from the side.

2. Anyone that joins must recruit others, who must also recruit others (down three layers) in order to "benefit".

So if Aaron recruits Ben and Brenda, they must in turn recruit Cassie, Charles, Chris, and Cheri. Those four must then recruit David, Diana, Derek, Denise, Dwayne, Donna, Donald, and Danielle in order for Aaron to get his payout.

So while Cassie and company are trying to recruit David and crew, Aaron, Ben and Brenda may claim that they already benefited to entice the new members to join. They are dependent on those new recruits in order to get their payout and would say/do anything to ensure that.

Not everyone that claims they benefited actually has as yet.

3. Every new recruit must 14 new people or the whole system collapses. See the example of Aaron above.

4. Assuming everyone in Dominica joined after 13 recruitment and payout cycles you would have almost the entire population of Dominica in the scheme. At this point, there would be 65,535 people in the scheme, of which 8,191 would have received payouts, and 57,344 left with no one else to recruit. 8,191 may seem like a lot of people benefiting, but that is only 12% of the total, leaving 88% left with nothing and losing what they put in.

5. Not everyone in Dominica is going to join. Many people recognize this for the scam it is, many are on the fence, and others are starting to open their eyes. One thing is absolutely guaranteed. This scheme WILL collapse, just as it did when it was first created all the way back in 2016. Research how the blessing loom got started.

6. No matter what stage it collapses or how many people join the total amount of people that will receive a payout before the collapse will be 12% of the total. 5 cycles or 15 cycles only 12% will benefit. 88% WILL LOSE.

7. It is NOT an investment. There is no product or service provided. You are not investing in the stock of any company, or in any bonds or certificates. There is no receipt of your payment, nor a source of funds from any payout. The money paid by recruits is not magically making more money. All of the money being paid outcomes from money received from NEW recruits. Absolutely no legitimate investment provides a 1400% return on investment.

8. Persons who already received a payout putting money back into the scheme may allow it to limp on for one or two more cycles, but will not keep a scheme designed to collapse afloat. It cannot continue in perpetuity.

9. The scheme seems to be approaching saturation if it hasn't already and will probably collapse very soon. There are already persons complaining about there being "too many circles", while others complain that those that received payouts should "reinvest" to keep the circle "turning". Others are very aggressively defending the scheme and seem to be angry at those of us warning others against it. This is fear in action. There is too much blood in the water and they are desperately hoping that they get their share of flesh and don't end up as shark meat.

10. If you joined the scheme recently it is highly probable that you've already lost what you put in. If you already received a payout you are benefiting off of the lose of others. Hope you and your conscience get along well.
