When a general shields behind the microphone to rile up his troops but does not fight with them; he is a coward.
When he feeds his young troops with meals of partial truths and over-dosages of propaganda, he is reckless and heartless.
When the general lets his troops suffer or sacrifice, then says he didn't send them; he is disingenuous.
That general wants the throne of victory but the blood on your hands.
