Gas stations in Dominica are withholding petrole in order to demand more profit from the people of Dominica!  

It is difficult to feel sorry for Rubis! They are a fast growing international oil company. As the world divests from oil They bought out Chevron in the Caribbean, BP in Spain and Shell in Jamaica!  "Rubis is dominant in France, Switzerland, Bermuda, Jamaica, Madagascar, Morocco, French Antilles-Guiana, Senegal the Channel Islands and Kenya.[3] The company's business are carried on by a number of subsidiaries, including Coparef, Rubis Terminal, Vitogaz, Kelsey Gas Ltd, Lasfargaz, La Collette Terminal, among others" They are predatory capitalists trying to squeeze out the last profits of a dying oil industry, which is literally responsible for climate collapse and trying to end all life on earth for profit!!! Here they are trying to hold a small country, Dominica hostage. 

This pattern will continue throughout the world attacking one small country after another. As this industry struggles from it's own demise and takes it out on the people of the world. They should be charged for reparations for crimes against the planet and humanity not given more profits.
