Half of the gas station operators in Dominica plan to close at 1pm today Friday.
Their intention is to cripple transportation today, forcing many to have to walk home. This to will prevent men from leaving their homes to visit other homes.
Hubert Sukie Winston like the last time says he is not taking part in this foolishness and will be open all day.
