What If Sam Raphael, had Listened to Lennox Linton?

Can you imagine the impact on jobs and the economy if Sam had listened to the one now aspiring to be PM?

Sam Raphael was told by Lennox Linton Leader of the Opposition, not to rebuild because Skerrit would look good. Wait until we get into the office. When will that be?  The New Jungle Bay, Morne Acomat (Soufriere ), Dominica. This is the development that an aspiring PM told the developer not to build until he becomes PM. Don't build because the sitting PM will get the praise. 

Good thing the developer did not listen to him. The people of Soufriere and Scotts Head are now employed at the hotel.  The aspiring PM has absolutely no clear path towards when he will become PM.
