Ronald Charles on of the oerons vying to become the next leader of the opposition boldly claims the UWP plans to stop the CBI program in Dominica.

This is economic sabotage, like poisoning a water source, sabotaging the pipeline to the hydroplant, setting fire to the Melville Hall Communication Tower, etc.
